Perhaps it comes with age, but I think we all develop something of a thirst for history, to discover something about our yesterdays.
Thankfully our country is peppered with museums - funded by donations and supported by volunteers.
Most towns have them and they're fascinating places.
This particular museum is at Watchet - see S - and it's tucked behind a busy street, near the quay.
Watchet has a rich history - shipping, paper and minerals can all find a home in the village.
For steam enthusiasts, there's even something for you! The railway stops at Watchet and is another attraction that couldn't survive without volunteers.
This A - Z challenge wasn't meant to be a postcard from Exmoor, but that's how it is!
