Last weekend the clocks changed and we lost an hour. That's a small price to pay for the lighter evenings we're beginning to enjoy.
This evening I joined a couple of friends and we walked across fields and along a river to a pub. It was still warm enough to sit outside and it would have been rude not to have bought something. So we each downed a pint of Thatchers Gold - chilled cider.
It was a lovely time, just friends enjoying good company and refreshments.
Who knows how long this fine weather will continue? No one. That's why we have to make the most of it!
