To get to her Eglu, of course!
A friend has a small menagerie of animals – chickens, a cat, a lovely dog and four guinea pigs.
Each is a pet, even the chickens. Some of them were rehabilitated battery hens, but all are pampered. When one of the hens began pecking at another, the victim was cared for in her own little house. It isn’t a shabby affair, rather an exclusive condo.
In fact, her abode is an Omlet Eglu Hutch – a plastic home that allows the hen to feel and be safe.
Pampered? Most certainly – but scrambled, never.
