What's on your list?

Even without pen and paper, most of us make a list – even a mental one. Often as not the list contains items that we never really need a reminder. So why bother? Making a list reinforces and allows us to plan our day, almost like a dress rehearsal.

By checking off the items we gradually sift out the chores we hate and leave only the ones that give us pleasure.

Often we don’t even need a reminder, but it’s good to focus on something positive. And how satisfying is it to tick those tasks off?
